- 1½ cup of frozen berries (I prefer an antioxidant rich blend of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cherries and pomegranate seeds)
- 1 cup Silk Almond Coconut Blend Milk
- 1 scoop (3 tablespoons) vanilla flavored Protein Powder
- Combine frozen berries, protein powder, and Silk Almond Coconut Milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glass and garnish with berries or mint.
- Serve and enjoy!
