Today I’m celebrating the 2 year anniversary of Sand & Sisal! It’s strange, because I’m not sure how one celebrates talking on the internet to hundreds of thousands of people each month, showing them how to paint their cabinets or make coastal pallet art. I mean, if you really think about it, it’s rather strange. All I know is that I love my blogging job and I love all the wonderful readers, bloggers, companies, and opportunities that have crossed my path these past two years. It’s been a creative journey that has helped me rediscover myself.

Today is a special also because my NOEL tutorial is being featured on HGTV’s Countdown to Christmas!

The Noel tutorial was my first craft I demonstrated on the blog exactly 2 years ago today!

It’s been pinned on Pinterest over 93K times… crazy! You can see my NOEL art today HGTV.com and my Wine Crate Storage Box will also premier on HGTV.com on the 26th. So exciting and it makes this blogiversary even more memorable!

    Congrats on two years!! Like many others I really loved the laundry room makeover, but the post about transforming builder grade drab into custom made fab might be my favorite.
