My weekend was spent at indoor soccer games (my son’s team won the tournament! Woo-hoo!) and then hubs & I celebrated an early Valentines date night out. I’ve been following your blog for a while now (as well as others), but I don’t really understand the Inspire me Monday idea. Could you explain it to me, please? Am I able to see what inspired you and the other bloggers, or is that just between you all?? I’m not entirely stupid (well, maybe a tad!), but I have tried to get this and just can’t! Eventually had to ask to see what I’m missing. Also, what is a linky party??? Chuckle. OK, so I sound silly, but seriously I have no idea.

A link party is simply just a weekly platform where other bloggers can submit and share what projects, recipes, crafts they have been working on, with you, the reader. Each week several hundred projects are “linked up”. It gives me the opportunity to introduce the reader to a large variety of projects all in one place. I have partnered with 3 other bloggers to do this each week and we call it Inspire Me Monday because you can find new and amazing projects and tutorials that hopefully inspire you to try out for yourself.
You can click on any thumbnail square that you see and it will take you away from my blog and straight to that person’s project. Then at the end of the week (usually on Fridays), the 4 of us choose our favorite projects/crafts/recipes that we think are worthy to be featured and would recommend for you to check out. Many of these are newer blogs and the weekly chance of being featured gives a new blog exposure to a much larger audience. I’ve discovered so many new blogs this way and I never would have seen them if they hadn’t submitted their projects to our link party.
