antiquing· Before/After· Crafts· decorating· DIY· finials· How to· paint techniques· Thrifty finds· Tutorial

Architectural elements are popular in home décor this year. My fancy is for finials: aged finials, chippy, flaky distressed wood finals, plaster, stone, or iron finials, any finial will do! My Pinterest Accessories board was quickly filling with finials so I was on a mission to own one, asap! Pottery Barn is showing this cement finial this season. The color is a grayed out blue that changes in different light. I love when color does that! My two boys share this bathroom and if you have little boys then ... How to Decorate a Mirror with Tile

An intervention might be required. I’m obsessed with glass tiles. If I can find a place to use them, I will! My boys’ beach themed bathroom was almost complete and a finishing touch was to make a frame for their mirror. But this time I wanted to try something different with it. What about adding glass tile?! My palms started to get sweaty from excitement! Strange you may think, but when the creative juices start flowing there’s no holding me back! Decorating a mirror with tile is so simple you ... Read More about How to Decorate a Mirror with Tile
