Maybe I’m still longing for summer. Maybe it’s my lifelong desire to live in a beach house. Maybe it’s just that I love absolutely everything about these kitchens! Yes, that’s probably it. You might notice a trend with these coastal kitchens. They are all light, bright and airy. The colors are sun bleached and cheerful, saturated with azure, turquoise, subtle sea foam blues, bright shell whites, and sparkles of metallic silver and chrome. Bead board ceilings and board & batten add architectural interest to the kitchens, while natural sea grass and sisal accents soften the spaces. Pretend we’ve just walked in from an afternoon stroll along the seashore and come enjoy these 10 gorgeous Coastal Kitchens with me.

Me too, love these airy designs. My favorites are the ones with the rustic table/kitchen island. Always need a bit of earthiness.

Gulf Coast Cottage. It looks almost liveable – some of the others look too pristine for my messy family!
